You may: have a low albumin..a protein which allows blood vessels to retain the correct VOLUME of blood to pump to your head/brain. This may be due to malabsorbtion secondary to your pancreas problem! Toradol by itself is unlikely to do this! Suggest you consult with a cardiologist if your PCP (Primary Care Provider) is puzzled by your problem! A "Tilt Table Test" might be useful! Hope this helps! Dr Z
