Burning = maybe UTI: Skin lesions almost always need to have a visual inspection to get accurate diagnosis. Bumps in that area imply some type of infection. A cut or skin split in the vagina-anal area, would likely come from some type of trauma or force. In all likelihood you should have a examination by a family Dr or gynecologist. Burning when pee, often is an infection in the urine tract, but can be a sore.
