Yeast?: BV generally doesn't cause vulvar irritation or "thick white" discharge. The main symptom of BV is vaginal odor with only slight to moderate thin discharge. Most likely BV is gone; having sex during treatment isn't likely to make it persist. Your symptoms are more typical for a yeast infection, maybe triggered by the BV treatment. But don't guess, see a doctor. Probably also need STD testing.
