Use 2nd method: Until you can get back on track be extra careful and use a second contraceptive method as backup for at least a month.The pill works by fooling your body into thinking it is already pregnant, causing it not to release an egg.If you used dummy pills and the body thinks it is time to ovulate, pregnancy is possible. The 4 you took may just make you have hormone side effects.
