Maybe: If you resumed unprotected sex shortly after your D&C its possible. However, this could be an evaporation line on your pregnancy test. Only way to know for sure is to get a serum (blood) test and if positive then repeat it in a few days to see if rising. Call your doc tomorrow morning and ask for that test. Much less likely would be a molar pregnancy, but you need the blood test for that also.
