Can you have negative pregnancy tests but still be pregnant? my doctor was suspecting pregnancy but the test came back negative. now i'm worried.

Possible early on: Urine pregnancy tests are very sensitive, meaning a negative test is not usually wrong. However it is less sensitive in the very early stages of pregnancy, ie the first couple of weeks. Might consider waiting a week or two and repeating the pregnancy test if you think you might be pregnant.
