It depends...: ...on meaning of "high risk". In North America or Europe, any sex with another male is about as high risk for syphilis as you can get. Rimming is lower risk than unprotected anal or oral sex, but it could happen. OTOH, the vast majority of such exposures don't result in syphilis. Most important, you used a condom for anal sex, which otherwise is the highest risk of all sexual exposures.
