A few can: Several vitamin deficiencies can cause muscle aches but the most common reasons I see are vitamin D3 deficiency and magnesium deficiency (especially in the setting of ibuprofen). BCPs can also contribute to B12 deficiency. All these can be measured (magnesium is done via RBC mag level). A good nutritionist can help you with doses.
