If your directional: challenge is causing difficulty in functioning or comfort level then start w/family doc. to rule out medical conditions. A neuropsychologist can test you and see what is going on. Some of us have gifts in one area and not another and anxiety makes matters worse. a GPS, even for walking, like on a cell phone, can help.
