No nausea from HIV: Any acute infection can include nausea, including a new HIV infection. But it wouldn't cause nausea alone; there would also be sore throat, fever, skin rash, etc. Nausea could accompany anxiety or fear of HIV. Advanced HIV (AIDS) can result in illnesses that cause nausea, but you would otherwise be seriously ill. So you probably don't have HIV, but if possibly exposed see doc for exam and testing.
