Herpes still likely: Latex allergy (i.e. condom) is possible not not likely; usually itching, not open sores. Other allergic reactions; rare disorders like Behcet's disease; some non-STD viruses; others. But why so certain it isn't herpes? That's by far the most common cause of such symptoms, even among persons who are "sure" their partners couldn't have it. See your doctor and follow her advice. Good luck!
