Random nose bleeds: Check CBC. platelet count, PT/PTT Likely dry nose due to allergies, put a dab of vasoline inside nose tip twice a day to moisturize . Picking causes trauma. May be deviation/platelets / clotting/vascular - usually more severe -Von Willebrands, Osler Weber-Rendu, ATT, antiplatelet antibodies, ANA, Medications like ASA, NSAIDS, alcohol ,cocaine, fish oil, ginger, tumeric f/u w/ doc
