Virtually impossible: For your girlfriend to become pregnant sperm from the semen must enter her vagina and go through her cervix to fertilize a fertile egg (close to ovulation). The chance of this happening is remote unless the semen was right across from her vaginal opening and the swimsuit was fairly porous.
