Deviated coccyx: Your lower abdominal pain radiating to your back should not be the cause of a deviated coccyx . You should see a doctor and get a physical exam.

Unrelated: Problems w/the coccyx aka tailbone would not cause abdominal pain. I suggest you see your gynecologist or primary care doctor to get to the bottom of this. There are so many possible causes that it really requires a thorough history, physical exam+/-lab+/-radiology tests to diagnose this problem.
