Testicular pain...: ...has several causes, see topic tags. Pain severity, enlargement or swelling, tenderness to touch, penile discharge, fever, and gradual vs sudden onset all make differences in likely causes. In all men, one testicle always hangs lower than the other, and minor difference in size also is not abnormal. "No other complaints" suggest probably not serious, but don't take chances, see a doctor soon.
