About two hours after eating it's hard to breath i have ben told after weaning of klonapin it has caused leaky gut what food can i avoid to help?

Doubt this: "Leaky gut" may exist but has not gound widespread acceptance by mainstream medicine despite two decades of being a "pop" diagnosis. Shortness of breath is very serious and deserves a real work up.
