Blood pressure: Blood pressure varies throughout day and in response to activity. 100/60 is fine as long as you're not dizzy or lightheaded. But in general, BP that's regularly greater than 150/90 is worrisome due to increase risk for stroke plus kidney & heart disease. Check BP at rest after sitting still at least 5min. Track activities prior to measurement eg caffeine, exercise, etc. Then discuss w/ur FamilyDoc
