A member asked:

Would it be alright to take both azithromycin (250 mg) and some mucinez together?

Yes: Zithromax is an antibiotic to help your body kill infection. Mucinex (guaifenesin) is an expectorant - can help your body collect phlegm to cough it out easier. Be sure to drink lots of water to thin out your secretions and follow the dosing guidelines posted on the mucinex (guaifenesin)

Medicine combination: It is fine to take both of those medicines together. There is no concerns with taking them at the same time.
