The combination of Citalopram (celexa), Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) (amphetamine/ dextroamphetamine mixed salts), and Gabapentin is a form of polypharmacy without major contraindications, except that it's polypharmacy, which should be minimized if possible. One may try more non-pharmacological strategies to improve symptoms.
