See a doctor: He/she can determine if it needs to be incised and drained or whether antibiotics might help.

When it has pus: Pus doesn't get better with antibiotic and needs to be drained. If it is superficial, and is accessible, patients can themselves squeeze it with sterile gauze. If it is bigger or deeper, let the doctor do it. Delay may cause complications. Feel better☺️
