Minimal chance: Tubal ligation has a failure rate of 1 in 300 due to tubal fistula and if you have a positive pregnancy test the pregnancy would most likely be in the tube. This may also be elevated prolactin or a thyroid issue. Since tomorrow is Monday, I would call your physician and request testing including a blood pregnancy test for your symptoms.
