Formula?: If formula fed take a medicine syringe and give your child 1 tsp of water (just drip on the lips) after each feeding. Infants CANNOT drink a lot of water so do not give a water bottle after a feed as too much water can lead to lower of salt levels in infants under 2 months. The small amount of water will help wash out the left over formula in the mouth to help reduce the frequency of thrush.
