There is a connecton: Excessive weight does increase the risk for developing Cancer. So you should work hard to reduce your weight. It can be done by cutting down on your daily food intake(Calories) and if possible do exercise daily. A brisk walk at any opportunity to walk will do you much good. Also be mindful and reduce fat in your diet and cut down on eating meats and Sugars/sweets.
