Always possible: If you have had unprotected sex and you are ovulating it is always possible that you could be pregnant. The symptoms you describe, however, make it less likely because vaginal bleeding is usually a good indication that you are not pregnant. If you miss the period, the only way to tell for sure is a home pregnancy test.
