Maybe: If your cycles are irregular , then your ovulation is also irregular, so yes pregnancy is a possibility. Spotting can be caused from many different issues from infection to cysts, but is most commonly due to hormonal irregularities. If the spotting is persistent then following up with your provider would be recommended.
