Maybe, maybe not: It's hard to tell. A problem with your appendix can be very serious and that pain usually starts around the navel. It usually gets worse, however and eventually moves to the right lower quadrant of the abdomen. It is also associated with worsening appetite, nausea and low grade fever. You should be evaluated by a doctor.
