Genital herpes: This is not the usual location for recurrent herpes; pimples or something else may be more likely. However, if the "bumps" are a cluster of blisters or ulcers typical for herpes, it certainly is possible. If it happens again, see a doctor ASAP for PCR testing of the sores for HSV, ideally within 1-2 days of onset. A blood test also may help: if positive for HSV2, in raises the chance it's herpes.
