May be nothing/or: Home pregnancy tests can be falsely negative early in a pregnancy because they depend on chemicals made by the implanting/developing embryo. An early morning concentrated specimen is most likely to be accurate, but repeat testing may give you a clearer answer.A few days delay may be unusual for you but may be just a fluke event.
