For sure not HIV: I don't understand what you mean by "systemic infection", but you don't have HIV. You have been seriously overtested for HIV and there is no chance you have it. And a single episode of unprotected sex with an "unknown" heterosexual partner is always low risk for HIV anyway. Stop testing and see a doctor.
