Brain fog can: be the result of lots of things, e.g., fatigue, depression, distraction, sedentary lifestyle, poor diet. Since you seen your doc many times look to another type of help, e.g., clinical psychologist, nutritionist, fitness trainer, etc. Peace and good health.
