A member asked:

I had sex 5 weeks postpartum. i am exclusively breastfeeding. my husband started throbbing inside of me but then pulled out and came. what are the chances i could be pregnant now? im worried.

Still possible: Breast feeding does provide some contraception but only if you aren't even using a pacifier and withdrawal is the worst method of contraception. At only 5 weeks post-partum you are relatively safe but not 100%. Now is the time to look into starting one of the contraceptive options that doesn't interfere with breast feeding unless you want another child immediately. Hope this helps.
