Possibly?: That is a max dosage of ibuprofen, and wouldn't touch the pain from passing a kidney stone. 3 PMs is an OD of antihistamines. She may have something else--possibly serious. She needs to see a clinician. Every year people have kidney failure from too much NSAIDS.
