Just miscarried experiencing dry mouth and thirst prior to mc. don't have diabetes was tested came up negative. is it normal?

Probably: Dry mouth and increased thirst as well as increased urination are symptoms of diabetes and diabetes can increase the risk of miscarriage but if the testing for diabetes was negative there shouldn't be anything else to worry about. Hope this helps.
