May be: If this was your first pack of quasense, the breakthrough bleeding may be better with your next pack. Changing extended cycle pills won't necessarily help the problem. Be sure to take them at exactly the same time every day and see what happens with the next pack. if you are still having problems you could try another but some women never can take them without some breakthrough. Hope this helps.
