See MD: Anything that appears out of the blue on your skin -- particularly at your young age -- deserves to be evaluated by the MD/Dermatologist. Particularly if it is changing color during this short time. Best to make the appointment ASAP and get checked. Major concern is melanoma. Good Luck.
