Dong Quail?: Do you mean the Chinese herbal medicine dong quai? If so, it doesn't necessarily cause abortions and can cause birth defects. If you want to abort a pregnancy it would be far safer and more certain to see a doctor, Planned Parenthood, or an abortion clinic/provider for an approved medical regimen or a surgical abortion once the pregnancy has been confirmed.
