Condoms are not safe: There are other methods of birth control which are more effective than condom use. One, condoms fall off or break or peoole in the heat of passion don't use them. You can discuss the various modes and costs and risks/benefits with your doc but they include IUD, BCP's, female condoms,sponges,spermicides,etc. much too much to fit into 400 spaces.
