Can't say for sure..: ...but I can give you an idea of basic care of open wounds and when to see a doctor. Wash the areas well with soap & water, dry them well & apply a film of antibiotic ointment. Protect it with a bandage if there's a risk of injury or dirt. If it continues to spread, if you notice swollen glands or red streaks or if you get a fever, you will need an antibiotic.
