Need more info: You could have eczema or irritation from intercourse or oral sex. or tight fitting underwear. I think it is warranted that you see your family physician and have him/her make a diagnosis. It does not sound like a serious sexually transmitted disease but should be looked at by a doctor.

Needs to be checked: The rash is not related to your Hepatitis A.Are you taking any medicine . If you are taking any med, it is excreted in the urine and cause rash. If it is not itchy or burning you can wait and see if it clears up by itself . Otherwise consult your Familiy Doctor . You can also try over the counter Hydrocortisone. 1 percent cream use twice a day. But you better check with your doctor if it is ok
