Hi im pregnant and just found out i was infected with chlimydia i took the treatment without eating and started to feel bad stomach pains i vomited a lil bit 20 min later then had diarrhea after do you think the cure still worked?

It will work OK: Azithromycin indeed can irritate the upper GI tract. Sorry for all your discomfort! But the treatment almost certainly will be effective against chlamydia. You vomited "only a little bit", and the stomach pains indicate the drug made it into the small intestine. So probably it was fully absorbed and will work well. But you should have another chlamydia test in a few weeks to make sure of cure.
