Menstrual cramping: If you are not allergic to NSAIDS like ALEVE (naproxen) or ADVIL, I would recommend starting with ALEVE (naproxen), 1 tab every 8 hrs as needed for pain/bleeding. If this is a longstanding issue, please get a pelvic exam and pelvic ultrasound- consult your GYN
