Possible acne- rare: Coconut oil has plenty of great benefits! However, some people report increases in acne secondary to the use of coconut oil on their skin. Majority of coconut oil users have very positive results. If you do develop acne, consider switching to Jojoba oil or mix the coconut oil with a light oil. For best results, stick with organic unrefined coconut oil.
