I charted my period for the past 6 months and it maintained a 29-30 day cycle. today is 18 days since the last and i saw a spot of red blood this morning. my last pap was april and normal. should i be concerned?

Depends: If you had unprotected sex since your last period, do a home pregnancy test. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. You may be entering menopause and it would be prudent to see your doctor for a check.
