very small pain into scrotum on both sides and now feels like the veins have gone to the bottom and are swollen/bigger than normal! help please ?

See a urologist: you might be having varicocele, which is dilated veins in the cors, it is not bad, but it will be a good idea to see a urologist for proper evaluation and advise
