My mom arm have pain about month she take medication it didn't work what is your advice please?

Go back to doctor: If original medication doesn't work in expected period of time (that should be part of plan as determined by prescribing physician), go back & see her/him again to consider other options. In order to treat pain, must figure out what is causing pain, not just covering it up w/pain medication.
