Maybe (not) . . .: When was your negative home pregnancy test? If prior to missed period, then repeat today. If within last 3 days since missing your period, then recheck in a week. Of note, home pregnancy tests are as accurate as office urine pregnancy tests but both are only accurate after you've missed your period, not before.
