Depends: you can get checked in ER, but my suggestion is to go to ur primary care doc or an urgent care clinic. Regardless of where u go, it will take 2-3 days on average for a lab to process. There are certain lesions that are identifiable immediately for the physician, like Herpes, syphilis and even drainage from urethra which usually suggests gonorrhea and-or chlamydia.
