NOT LACTOSE INTOL: When you have lactose intolerance, you lack the enzyme needed to digest lactose sugar. If you ingest foods with lactose, it is digested by gut germs making you gassy and often have watery acidic stools. This is not allergic and does not give hives.Recurrent hives is a single location may be a local contact agent like the nickle in a buckle, or other allergy producing trigger.
