Yes, FM: 29y female with disorder "GI", "chronic" extremity parasthesias/pain, & back/neck "muscle pain". This symptom constellation crosses several tissues & organ systems. Endocrine, immune & infectious causes need to be ruled-out via complete general medical exam. If no distinctive diagnosis found then Fibromyalgia, which can include all these symptoms, rises to top of the differential diagnosis list.

Potentially: Without further history or physical examination, it is speculation, but certainly it is possible all of these symptoms could localize to small fibers in the nervous system. However, this would need to be confirmed; you should see your health care provider for further evaluation.
