NO: If a fallopian tube truly has been removed or destroyed, it cannot regenerate. If tubes have been blocked by tubal ligation, they can recannalize to become patent again (rejoining canal between the tube portions through scar tissue) resulting in "open tubes". If this happens, you can get pregnant and there is in increased risk of ectopic pregnancy.
